We provide services throughout most GTA cities and the City of Hamilton, including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills, Brampton, Etobicoke, and the City of Toronto. 

There is no travel fee for locations within 35 km driving distance from our office
(3100 Ridgeway Dr, Mississauga, ON L5L 5M5).

For locations beyond 35 km, a travel fee applies based on distance to cover additional travel time and fuel costs:

• 35 km to 50 km: $2 per km (or $1 per km round trip), applied only to the distance beyond 35 km

• Over 50 km: $1.50 per km (or $0.75 per km round trip), applied only to the distance beyond 50 km

Examples:

• If the property is 45 km from our office, the travel fee is $20.

• If the property is 60 km from our office, the travel fee is $45.
